As @Angel Dejesus has mentioned, the easiest way for a multifamily property to begin going solar is to install an array that will power the common electric usage, or if the entire property is master metered. 

Good luck Stephen : )  Having a supportive realtor and mentor is a big plus but honestly, its the will power to figure sh't out that makes it happen.

I heard if you plug a generator into the electrical outlet it will power anything on that breaker.

So if you pay down a little on each loan there is no benefit till one or all of the loans are paid off because even the last payment will still be your min monthly payment from a month to month cash flow perspective.From a psychological point of view paying one off faster is also better because you can see results quicker and it will take less mental will power to push forward paying the 2nd, 3rd, and so on because your mind will see results from the first one relatively quick if you focus.Hope that helps.

There is no secret that alot of people with successful real estate careers also had successful work careers because people who succeed in real estate also often have the willpower to succeed at multiple things.

At the end of the day your work ethic, drive, tenacity, etc. will power you through almost anything. 

This assumes you have enough willpower to not use them.

In a government for the bankers by the bankers, the will power of the people is misdirected by design.

if you want to raise this thing from the dead, it's possible, but you've got to have the will power.
