Whatever you decide to chose, find a way to use it as the catalyst that gets you over that mental hump.

I do understand that this isn’t always possible and that’s okay but I would prefer one of us being there for them.

Your hand is held when necessary to get you over the tough humps, yet our tools are pretty flexible.   

Most of us being problem solvers, solvethis problem by real estate investing, stock markets investing etc. 

Being a landlord can require less time to make good money but one bad tenant can result in us being very involved.

I need some help getting over this hump.
