Were the costs of doing the refi a hard pill to swallow.

They can all swallow the pill of having a primary home and a second house (vacation home/seasonal residence) as a mental jump, but beyond that gets tricky, so I tend to just keep the idea to that level.

My wife is a Physical Therapy Dr. as well as a health/wellness coach and she takes an approach to give the body the proper tools to self heal and people here are more interested in treating symptoms with pills. 

Sure, just like a placebo, pre-paying my mortgage could end up as a pointless “financial sugar pill,” but at the end of the day I didn’t care.

That's a tougher pill to swallow. 

I guess at some point one may not have a choice, but man…even just contemplating that is a serious pill to swallow.   

Prescription medicine can be purchased over the counter

We are attracting all sorts of companies working on "boring" tech things like medical logistics, prescription streamlining, automating insurance processing, healthcare analytics, etc.

Items go on the curb, the landlord is NOT required to store anything (except prescription medicine or prescription medical equipment which must be held 7 days from the date of discovery).
