You can check sites like Roofstock, Rent to Retirement, or even BiggerPockets Marketplace to start browsing turnkey options, and also connect with local agents who specialize in investment properties. 

I would do similar due diligence on the operator and any other sites they may have, personally I may also go secret shop those centers to understand if they are actually doing CBD or just marketing that and actually running a "trap shop" under the blanket of CBD or "THCA", while you likely won't have much issue legally given its Cali, but I've seen many of these shops pop up in my market since legalization and the farm bill, and I'd just want to know if I was getting that as cliental or like actually a CBD wellness yoga type place.

I've seen international listing sites, but those have quite a heavy subscription rate. 

It is not fully AI yet but definitely helps cut down the need for multiple sites.
