We want to take the complexity out of this decision making process in order to support cost control and finding monetization opportunities for properties that have fully electrified. 

We decided to diversify in a few ways...given as a Broker Owner we only controlled TWO things, our roster and more effectively monetization of ALL our transactions.  

Nobody really knows how low they'll go but I agree with predictions of 20-25%...and I wonder what Agents are doing to make up that delta in their revenue.We diversified well in advance knowing we needed to create additional streams of income, ideally by simply focusing on what we control, the size of our roster, and more effectively monetizing all of our current transactions. 

Is anyone monetizing security deposit "loans"?

The recipe for most websites is provide a ton of free value to build up the user base and then monetize it.

I guess I take a pragmatic view - if I send out $10k-$15k worth of marketing each year looking for rehab deals, and get calls on properties that for whatever reason I don't want to rehab but are decent deals for someone else, why shouldn't I monetize them??

We have one company where that's all we do.It makes total sense to monetize these leads.

Gotta be a way for you to convert and monetize those leads in some way. 

Iv'e put a ton of research into wholesaling this market, and have a decent amount of monet or marketing.

Just sold one and have two under contract that will go on the market soon.Novations is allowing us to monetize more leads by presenting an offer that is better suited for someone not desperate to sell but who wants a guaranteed net price.
