You simply aren't getting $500/mo net cash flow for door with S8 today in any market. 

I have warranty, nifty features, can market it as new to monetize that AND get all that sweet depreciation buddy!   

Any 1 acquisition I do must have no less than 4 monetization/exit strategy potentials.

I'm generating more leads than I can use and am looking to monetize them.Does anyone know of any platforms or marketplaces where such leads can be sold directly to listing agents?  

These are credit instruments that allow you to make a lease payment in exchange for monetization of these instruments in trade transactions. for example, I may be able to "lease" $100,000 line of credit for 3.5 percent of its face value, or $3,500 dollars.

Most programs being pitched now were created by others, then someone repackaged them rebranded them and found people to monetize them.

I want to capture and monetize all the wisdom I am reading but I am really not able to follow  even by googling a lot. 

If I can’t monetize them directly I’ll at least use them for worthless internet points on ReddIt.
