I know that is bad on our end not to request one, but I would say it’s worse that they didn’t send one regardless, but I’m double checking all my files to make sure that is true.

It is possible to back out, I would check the contract to see if there are any cancelation clauses.

Did you check with the city/county on a car count?

I’ve started highlighting key rules in the check-in message and adding simple reminder signs around the house, and that’s helped cut down on issues a lot.

Also check local STR regulations in Lexington early on; they can really impact your returns.
