Licensing can be a hassle at first, but it’s manageable once you know the steps.If you’re leaning toward less red tape or more turnkey setups, towns just outside the city in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, or Chester County can offer good options — less competition and generally easier landlord rules, but still close enough to benefit from the Philly metro economy.Let me know if you want help narrowing down areas or running numbers — I’d be happy to share what I’m seeing from deals on the ground.
