If we weren't entrenched already we would be seeking a better year round climate in a vibrant city.

In the long-run, gravel parking lots, are not easy, for dealing with weeds, that get entrenched in them.

Too many entrenched interests in major cities to count; tourism and hotel lobby will run any competitor out of town.

In most of the country, markets a too small and attitudes are still too entrenched with "must get a realtor" to make a go of wholesaling. 

Entrenched owner and tenants will often present as motivated to sell and move but it's not always the reality.It's hard when you are in the middle because you won't get paid until it closes.

When will they monopoly type of businesses finally learn that entrenchment is not the answer to change?

With that being said, Spain is a great market to buy into right now, particularly along the Costa del Sol - a glut of supply and grossly-depressed prices make for some excellent long-term appreciation gain, as well as an established and well-entrenched demand of STR in the summer. 

The fundamental reasons their prices are high in the first place remain solidly entrenched.

@Carl Mccrory, just my 2 cents, but the accuracy of these sites is really dependent on how entrenched you get into the data.
