I've been buying some stock but it's been mineral companies (I've only been buying that sector the past 15 months because I feel so strongly about it and silver/gold tends to do well when the economy slows though I'm not exclusive to gold/silver miners but also other minerals).

Reason I consider them is that they manage my rentals neighboring house rented at same rate as I would consider mine rented at $950 priced.
