@L SmithersDisclaimer: Consult an attorney in your area for specifics related to the wording and local laws and customs.Risk of loss: If lightening strikes the house, the buyer has the option of taking the insurance money and proceeding with the sale.Prohibition: The seller from date of contract until closing can't make an easement with the neighbor, sell it to someone else, give up the gold and mineral rights etc.

I've been buying some stock but it's been mineral companies (I've only been buying that sector the past 15 months because I feel so strongly about it and silver/gold tends to do well when the economy slows though I'm not exclusive to gold/silver miners but also other minerals).

Reason I consider them is that they manage my rentals neighboring house rented at same rate as I would consider mine rented at $950 priced.
