I would highly recommend reading The Big Short by Michael Lewis, then watch the movie again.

I took the money that I used to spend on dinner out, movies, and other frivolous nonsense and put it into a savings account instead.

Those spaces are being converted to experiential type tenants such as Dave and Busters, movie theaters etc. 

It displays everything else fine until Netflix plays a movie not sure" (so it went from not working at all to working on everything but Netflix which there's no way that's possible.
