Here are the big six (6) reasons people leave behind a vacant property: 1) "Skipped" on bills or other people 2) Drugs and alcohol 3) Incarceration 4) Severe mental & emotional problems 5) Senility 6) Death By reverse engineering each vacant property opportunity, talking to neighbors and others in the immediate community, you ought to be able to get a lead on which of the above scenario is most likely.

Done that, been there.My initial fix for that was to buy the gummed tablets, tear the paper, then up end it and use the side that wasn't gummed as the end I fed the printer.The advantage to the yellow paper over white and lined over not is that even at a glance, either through the envelope, or when it's first opened the eye sees and confirms to the holder that the note is handwritten and encourages further reading.

This monopoly or illuminati like emphasis on forcing people to be licensed is nonsense.If the Medical field held the same view on "Treatments", then treating your friends basic wounds after a friendly football game with alcohol and a wrap would be illegal in the medical field since you're not a licensed doctor.If the Law or FTC field held the same view on "Counseling", then simply adding the verbiage "I'am not a legal attorney, please consult one" or "Profit is not guaranteed" should not excuse many of us of writing guides, tips, or any informational material without their specific license to ensure our expertise.I mean, 7 outta 10 Realtors can't even tell you the difference between 1978 Lead Paint Disclosures and Lead Paint Free Certificates (LOL), but as big Lead Paint risks are, barely anyone no one knows about this.

You need to explain how they can solve a problem (getting rid of a house they do not want, can't afford to take care of, is in bad condition, is causing them stress, is a financial liability, may lead to alcoholism, divorce, etc.).Your sellers do not need to see your numbers.
