The crypto market really isn't mainstream and many would consider it fiat currency with no intrinsic value, but it still does have some value when one calculates out the cost to produce each new Bitcoin, etc.

However, I don't see a problem with continuing to average in, even during a downturn.More importantly, I think real estate is the best hedge against the markets ;)And I think the next best hedges are precious metals and bitcoin.I think the dollar is going to see a real devaluation, and lose its standing as the world reserve currency, bitcoin as sovereign and decentralised money will take its place.

Billionaire Howard Marks says there are bold investors and there are old investors, but there are no old-bold investors.Not being overly levered, having proper reserves and stress testing are critical.I like Ramsey as a person, but his main audience is people who shouldn’t ever have a credit card because they aren’t responsible enough to manage it and not get buried in debt they can’t ever repay.
