I’m thinking about sharing a separate full review as a cautionary tale as well regarding the broker/seller I worked with.

It was more common than uncommon to hear and see the tales of people playing Monopoly and doing their nails at their desks.

In the monthly home sales figures, I suspect its a tale of two markets. 

That is the nasty gram from the IRS at the end of a 721. 

I had somoeone I know recently have a podcast guest of someone who I would consider infamous because of the amount of deals they lost and continue to lose but still raise money.I also saw one of the top posters here on BP (does not really post anymore) recommending an event hosted by two people whose syndications are also in the tank,What is very unfortunate today is it is not how well you run real estate but how well you run your facebook and instagram page.
