If they do their due diligence and search the Internet they will run into these questions.  

Spectrum has still not restored internet in all areas.

@Harry Law Most PMC software will do this - if the user sets it up correctly.So, that leaves your target market as DIY landlords, which is the majority anyways.Your challenge is that DIY landlords are notoriously CHEAP!
