Does anyone have a good virtual answering service they use that consistently delivers?

Virtually everything has increased in cost dramatically since COVID and people are either scared, broke, or both.

I have been getting them from Virtual assistant firms etc. as well as since i have pro account getting leads come in that are spam. for example:Hey there!

In fact, they explicitly disclaim virtually everything and write you can lose your entire investment.

And in virtually every instance I was very easily and readily able to get the foreclosing entity to put a hold/freeze on everything. 

They hire virtual assistants (usually $500-1,000/month) to scrape fresh data daily from code violations, tax delinquencies, and other motivated seller sources.
