He says because I am not signing this contract that gives him 170,000 contributions and he gave me class B and himself class A with controlling vote.On top of that the first 30,000 I put in, he spent 15,000 on his own personal expenses i.e. food, gas, phone bills, Starbucks, lunches, girlfriend dinners, wrote himself checks, bought himself a car and I can go on... but he says that's part of his business expenses.

There was urine on every rug and in every bed, all couch pillows stained, rugs stained, guest book scribbled in by toddler, food scattered everywhere, grease all over, and door and drywall scratched up and damaged from locking their dog in the the bedroom (explicitly states pets not allowed to be unattended in home).

(it's just outerwalls, roof, windows and doors) The property is within 1/4 mile from a major intersection, it borders the city limit(it's just outside) and commercial real-estate, which are fast food chains and a small local shopping center.
