I don't know any buyers who are willing to have their funds "at risk" to close the front end transaction.In a typical simul closing, the C buyers funds are used on day 1 to fund the A-B, it is then recorded and that same day, the C funds also fund the B-C transaction, so their funds are not "at risk".I hope that made sense, it does in my head, not sure if the wording makes sense.
