Stocks rise and fall by news cycles, news cycles can be true, or fabricated to effect markets.  

I work in fabrication currently, but I have recently discovered that I have a huge passion for Real Estate.

I'm sure you can find several companies in your market that can fabricate and install these. 

It's been discovered that the current tenant fabricated his lease to meet certain requirements with the fuel supplier as the lease we have is drastically different than the one his attorney sent us.At this point we can pursue this legally but the deal is compromised as the buyer is already asking for a reduction in price and who knows how long it will take and how much it will cost to get the tenant out.

Approaching friends and family is a delicate enterprise which should not be undertaken lightly.

Kind of a stinker job though -- can your people measure, handle,  fabricate, cut holes, create edges, deliver and install?  

How can I delicately propose that if he were interested, to potentially sell directly to me and emphasize that we could avoid the realtor fees in doing so?
