Personally I enjoy the comfort of knowing the police force is there, roads are repaired, town redevelopment is in full swing and fire Department is well outfitted with proper gear to save my family if needed in addition to the multiple social services available to those who are truly in need of them.

However, most times, after the first few months, it is not worth it at most big names ($3k on a $10k commission, and than you have to pay for all your taxes and fees etc) and a smaller outfit that does a 5% split may serve you better.

Most of the people looking for arbitrage targets look for one-off Mom/Pop outfits that work off some lease they drew up in 10 minutes on Microsoft Word or a notepad, where subletting isn't explicitly prohibited.Because, again: if I have a property, and it can make more money STR than LTR, what sense does it make to give Broke Joe the keys when I can just make the money myself?

If you can find an electrician, a plumber, an HVAC outfit, and a roofing crew that's willing to work with you in your target area, bless your luck and treat them like the vital business associates that they are.I would tell any head of household that's already making upwards of $100K a year to stay out of this niche.

do we need 2k hand built fly rods Nope but we buy them.. me I limit my fly rods at 700 to 1000 each.. but then you can spend 250 to 1000 on the reels and of course you need two or three reels or more with different lines in them .. so to get properly outfitted for fly fishing you usually drop about 10k..
