The value of bitcoin has skyrocketed, has anyone here cashed out yet for REI purposes?

It takes up too much room in my garage or ends up at the job site where I worry about it getting stolen or damaged. 

The only way around it would be to take bitcoin or cash.

But this chart explains it all pretty well.I like to think the enthusiasm-delusional phase is when the cashier at walmart is giving me advice on bitcoin/real estate investing/stocks etc...

I spent 2017 and this 2018 taking down re-performers from folks selling off their inventory to do other things (bitcoin perhaps, lol). 

I pay all her bills (with her $); drive her everywhere she needs to go; do all her shopping; go visit her 3-4 times per week (She just moved to independent senior living this past fall); 2) I am a single mom of her only grandchild — there’s no way I’d be here if I were only responsible for myself; and 3) although I’ve cost her as much $ (maybe more, truth be told) as my brother, I haven’t stolen money and things.

These properties are notorious for huge amounts of damage and expense just to get them rent ready again It's not unusual to have copper wiring and pipes stripped and AC's stolen.

It pretty much takes a majority of my cash flow for the year when they move out because sometimes things are broken or stolen.
