There are still a lot of trainees here, but they permanent party vs. trainee balance has been evening out.

Anyways here is a little bit more about me:-As mentioned before I was born and raised in Buffalo-My family has a history of flipping houses, from my grandpa to my father.I went to the University at Buffalo and got a BS in Business Administration-On a whim I applied for a job as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee and for the past 2 years ive been doing that.

I recently had one where the inspector had a trainee, most violations I've ever picked up!
