Am I the only one experiencing webpage crashes every time I click on notifications under the alert (bell) icon for the last couple of days?

If the latter, sounds like FUD, because I'm not sure how we have a market crash with such low inventory?

And of course the crash hit.It hadn't sold and the next year it was listed at $800,000 because that is where the market had shifted to.

Also "split text to columns"  option is grayed out in all cases or if it's not the system will crash.

Over 20 years, the 1 year, 3 year, and 5 year “champions” crash and burn.In real estate investing, it’s very possible for an experienced, knowledgeable and “talented” investor to add significant ROI by “active” investing.  

If they could, meaning they did not buy or re-finance in 2022, you'd see it get into correction, not crash, territory as in high singles, low teens deficits.

sespically like if you wanted to rent for 2 to 4 weeks like I want to do in prime fishing time.. used to be able to do that in Palm Springs I rented a house for there for 4 months I think it was 12k.. that was 2008 before the crash :)  That's a good point and brilliant idea Jay. 

Or, will it be that over leveraged creative financing will crash and burn and create havoc with attorneys general having a field day of "wins" "saving the public" from scoundrels in real estate ?
