Hi again all,I have read many posts creating confusion about RA address and mailing address has to be a physical address (Brick and mortar) of the LLC's.

I know how cool these sales pitchs are and the ra ra ra let us do it all just sit back but geesh that really so far from reality..

My RA is simple and is auto sent by our PMS as an e-sign and filed to their folio once completed. 

I strongly encourage NOT paying a RA or brokerage DST commission, which is why I used and recommend Sera Capital.

Plenty if turnkey providers that are doing well from Cleveland to Memphis to Indy to Birmingham and points in between that manage similar traded turnkeys with the typical tenant landlord issues, but nothing close to this, which is F-R-A-U-D.  

I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..
