The reality is that the perception of FHA loans can and sometimes does impact the acceptance of an offer by a seller.

And also give back to society and the community.  

I've learned that any deviation from the written contract creates the perception that everything's negotiable or just a "guideline".  

I guarantee it will change your entire perception of everything. 

Burst that perception bubble, and watch those masses of novice exit.

. :-)However, the rest of society living in government housing, doesn't necessarily practice those standards.

I don't regret it, but my perception was wrong at the start.
