It reallywill depend on the design and how much you can hustle to get furniture deals.. take into consideration though too the longer it takes for you to get the furniture by trying to find good deals is time you could be spending renting the property

These guys I think a blue tooth TV and head phones would solve most of the issue if it really is loud TV volume but if it is just regular TV they are going to complain about something else.
