Although our firm can provide referral fees, I personally do not unless the referrer donates the fee to a charity of their choosing.

Brandon has only ever taken a small salary from ODC (mostly for tax and legal purposes) which is then immediately donated to charity.

They should understand you want to keep them long term but you are running a business not a charity.
