  :)  And yet you posted here for free 😂😜 most that would take this survey and help BP would simply tell BP to send the 50.00 to a charity of their choice or BPs choice thats what i would personally do :).

Although our firm can provide referral fees, I personally do not unless the referrer donates the fee to a charity of their choosing.

Posting/serving proper notice is mandatory to establish your demand for payment with the court*.Be a nice, kind person and empathise with their situation; however, you are running a business, not a charity, so if you do not collect the rent due, YOU will be paying it out of your pocket.
