I was inspired to this plan when I took my girls fishing at a Depression Lake.

I know a group who runs girls' homes in LA and may be interested in a local property if you would be willing to shift direction a little?

Some get into gambling  drugs  Girls and the Women who do this its usually jewels trips cloths cars etc..  

There was a big thread awhile back made about a young girl - maybe 25 or so, going on a "date" with an older rich guy who "saw something special" in her - despite that fact that she had no money, no investing experience - just a "vision".

I could care less when I'm giggling like a school girl, or tossing the keys to someone else so they can take it for a spin. :) “Buying a 23 year old, high mileage convertable Porsche 911 is a bad financial decision.

(I am usually lazy about courses and pick + choose my engagement) This feels very different from most things I have "tried" to work on in life (except for when I turned to RSD and Owen Cook a out 13 years ago to improve my dating life which resulted in finding/ attracting and marrying the girl of my dreams!

I could just not allow myself to spend the $1000 to join into the "girl click" that she has established. 

The one girl who posted saying she closed a wholesale deal, got that deal from outside of your marketplace (someone she met on FB) and it honestly didn't have anything to do with your program.

Although that route does have risk as there could be collusion at the court house steps and the property does not get bid up like it would have if the local good ole boys and girls were not colluding to keep the bid very low.. ( ie paying walk off money).. 

My wife and I live on the north side of Charlotte, NC with our two little girls and we can't imagine a future where RE investing does not replace my full time W2 work in sales.
