Outside of real estate I'm an adventurer that enjoys traveling, the outdoors in some form or another. 

I love hunting for solid deals for buy-and-holds, and also thoroughly enjoy working with beginner investors learning the game.

I enjoy helping other investors push deals forward when traditional financing might slow things down.

I'm looking for an experienced investor who may be willing to teach a beginner a few things.Weather it's the tedious things you hate doing or things you might enjoy teaching I'm willing.Not looking for income just looking for Knowledge.Thanks in advance

A few of these properties, over 5–10 years, can build enough cash flow and equity to let you leave the 9-5 and focus on projects you actually enjoy.

Being less of a realtor would be ideal but I do enjoy it  (There are also obstacles with the HELOC and being approved for as much as I want to pull out based on DTI with my business and writeoffs/etc.)Lastly, for context im far from my monthly passive income goal.
