I had a few issues  and they have taken care of it  e.g. replace water heater, fridge,floor repair work  etc. floor damage etc.

I don't like replacing goods over and over and I'd prefer not to contribute more to the "most things are disposable" mindset (which is why turnover for items such as dishwashers, washer/dryer, fridges, etc. frustrates me because they don't build to last anymore). 

Well, when they moved out they thrashed the place and even took all the appliances (washer, dryer, fridge and stove). 

Tenant and tenant Agents to verify all specifications, Schools and MeasurementsAd states stainless steel appliances, and you can see a fridge, stove & microwave in the pics, but the ad states, "Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer are not provided"Pretty confusing!

Here's a recent example: the last time I installed a fridge, I had to switch the door to open the right way, upgrade the outlet it plugs into, and level the floor beneath it.

Maybe an airfryer, apartment size fridge.
