He has since ghosted me.Is it a scam? 

SELL THE ACTUAL PRODUCT.And somehow, those people get paid more than the person who actually makes the product.

Loan product wasn’t a fit for my mix use project because they don’t lend on the commercial component which impacted leverage too much.

You have to be ready for setbacks (and a lot of them) along the way: be it lost shipments, faulty products or unexpected costs.

great product but very little profit for the work that was put into it.

I trusted them too much and they ghosted me and blocked both me and my property manager on Hemlane.  

I retired as an Army Captain in 2023 and I currently work as a manager in aerospace defense manufacturing managing a ~$3.8B production portfolio.
