You need to be able to explain Notes and Deeds of Trusts and Maker/Beneficiary agreements ect ect...I would suggest putting together some kind of credibility kit.

If you have citizenship or a kitas typically you are then viewed as a partial citizen.

@Ravindra Sridhara, Something else to add to your tool kit as you look at financing.  

The unit is on propane, so I bought the propane conversion kit as well.I called Home Depot to let them know that this particular unit runs on liquid propane, not natural gas. 

I'm looking to container housing / log cabin housing (kit) as STR/MTR/LTR and am curious how the process, permitting, zoning and financing differs from "normal" stickbuilt construction.

In Pennsylvania, as luck would have it, a trailer built out of a disassembled kit, as this Harbor Freight trailer happens to be, is considered to be a custom-made vehicle and requires a special inspection and title process.

Beans and legumes have a very high caloric density for their volume which is why they were a standard item of every explorer/prospector/settler's kit.

I used the Rustoleum kit a few years back and wasn't happy with it.

I want to add as many tools to my tool kit as possible.
