We had the person fixing the plugged line address both units and verify that there was no more leakage into the lower unit.  

Basically it must be sealed to keep any ground water out and any water that does get in (either through leakage or flooding above) must be pumped out.

I am working with my PM comany to investigate water leakages or tenant misuse but beyond that any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Hi BP community, My tenant, who lives in a two-story, newer construction SFH complained of a water leakage in the bottom floor kitchen ceiling (through the LED lights).

They said they will send someone in 2 weeks.I checked around the house looking for water signs of leakage.

The failure can cause water leakage and flooding in homes resulting in severe property damage.

During the inspection we did not find signs of water leakage but I will be able to see more when I remove the wood tomorrow, so am not ruling that possibility out completely.  

I need to figure out who is best at handling the vine removal, a landscaping company or siding company.I do not know if there's any water leakage in the basement or what that might entail.
