Travel medical professionals were our target when we first started but we are seeing a lot of non-medical workers that come to our area.

Three of my rooms are rented to medical students.

Areas such as aging, medical issues that come with aging like diabetes, dementia, and Alzheimers, networking and marketing, leadership and staff management as well as working with insurance companies on collection of payments if you accept insurance, and how to be compliant with state rules and laws with regards to residential assisted living. 

If there are medical bills, or something similar causing the lower score, I'd let that slide. 

Residency, income tax, medical, markets, zoning, property taxes, deal closing costs, contractor access, development estimates, etc etc.  

Figure out how many dogs & spaces you need to cover the load, plus some growth, don't forget taxes and medical.

There are many moving parts from local laws, construction modifications and likely higher risk of liability if nothing else based on increasing the traffic with staff, medically fragile patients and family members. 

As an analogy, sometimes people ask me whether I would go through medical training again if I knew then what I know now.

Mostly focused on retail medical and grocery anchored centers. 

But behind every notice of default is a family trying to make sense of something they never thought would happen to them.I recently spoke with a homeowner who had fallen behind after a medical emergency.
