It's not 2021 anymore where you could just throw a mattress on the floor and you would be booked at 100%.

Also consider the quality of your furnishings: Provide nice towels and linens, and avoid the crinkly plastic mattress protectors (my personal pet peeve as a guest!).

Even if market comes down, someone else with cash under the mattress will come out to place a floor on the downward movement. you cannot simply create more housing supply because commodity prices are stuck at elevated levels, and new builds will remain higher cost than existing inventory.

I actually have the Helix Hospitality mattress from HostGPO in one of my Airbnbs.

So we have 2 adjustable beds (1 split-king and 1 double) with high-end mattresses, massage function, etc...

The other RE that may have money put towards it really is not part of the other RE refinance (other than the borrow chose to use the funds toward a different RE versus stocks, of mattress, or commodities, or bonds, or mineral rights, or ???
