Get clarity from the two contractors and vet the remaining people and work as you did at the inception.

Circling back to the idea now that I'm a few years further in my journey and don't have many people in my circle that invest in real estate.

We haven't released it yet, but seems there are a lot of people want to offset their costs of ownership and that effects the whole market.

I live downstairs, and my roommate just moved out largely due to noise from upstairs.Whenever there is a complaint, I speak with the people upstairs.

Most people don't understand this and are happy if they negotiate 20k off a property that is 50k overpriced.That beeing said, I can tell you it did not matter what I paid 15 years ago for deals.

For my assignment I have to ask people what they think and ask them to take a survey. 

Love meeting people who are building things too.

I see people just copy and paste and at the end of the copy AI is asking do you want to look further.

I’m at the point now where I’m ready to start moving on my first real deal and connect with people who’ve been there.
