I read it after I had already done maybe a half dozen brrrrs.  

I hope this property has just as quick of a turn-around.My goal is to have a solid passive income.I listen to the podcasts and have read a few of the initial guides on this site.

I recently began learning about real estate investing and plan to start with a small multifamily property, ideally a duplex or triplex, through an FHA or other low down payment program.I am currently reading some of Brandon Turner’s books to understand the fundamentals of house hacking, deal analysis, and property management.

New to the forum, loving what I am reading. 

How many of the books listed on BiggerPockets have you read?

I have also been reading books and forums on real estate investing and decided that I should invest in rental properties near military bases since military personnel have BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) and stable job and would make great tenants.

It's podcasts all day at work, reading or on BP on my lunch hour, and a few you tube videos before bed.  

I am not trying to discourage you from learning and reading!
