I brought it up during a group coaching call, but when we ran out of time, Thach invited me to email him directly with my full situation—mortgage, HELOC, personal expenses, goals, and more.To my surprise, he called me personally just 2 days later—on the Friday before Christmas at 5pm, while traveling with his family because he didn’t want to leave me hanging!

It is amazing to me how syndicates were wrapping their deals up in Christmas wrapping paper all year with a big fat bow that screamed 21%, 24% 25% returns three year cash out...

But about three years ago, after getting tenant calls on Christmas Day and again the day after, I did a lifestyle check.

We got robbed by a seemingly sweet old man just like Lloyd Christmas got robbed by the sweet old lady in the motor scooter in Dumb and Dumber.

I was up there for a few days just 3 weeks ago and the entire area was growing and vibrant. 

A thanksgiving/christmas/holiday gift card couldn't hurt either.

However, in that case I would like things to be pretty hands-off since I work full time and have a vibrant community life in Southern California. 

Our PF cabin doesn't have a garbage disposal, but does have a dishwasher.I'm going to see how they made the connection when we go up to decorate for Christmas.
