When I try to browse forums from my iphone, I can see all of the responses, but the initial post seems to be hidden.

I navigated away from this property to browse others, when I came back to this property it said LAST PRICE: $245000.00. 

We browsed Biggerpocket forums and called turnkey providers mentioned.

But if you browse the forums, you will actually see many, many posts from California investors that bought a random property at a "low" price point... and then totally failed to meet their expectations.and to reiterate: if you buy something turnkey, you will not cashflow for several years.
