I recently heard about residential assisted living facilities.

@Andy Horobec, I think the co-living situation is great for some & indifferent for others that depend on the situation.In general, I'd always ensure that any potential property consider still meets the general criteria for what you consider is a deal as if you were renting it out as a regular SFH.Many people got caught up with this in regards to AirBnB, then I feel like oversaturated the market.

The demand is projected to double by 2031.The country is facing a rapid surge in the need for assisted living, which is not surprising and is very exciting!

She is very knowledgeable with Residential assisted living.

The co-living (which is a modern spin on boarding house) is going to have the roommate challenges, the extra cleaning, the higher turn over and unknown of utility bills etc.
