I do believe it could be less but I am using conservative numbers.

I just invested in batch leads (wasn't happy with prop stream) and am using a virtual assistant to help cold call some absentee leads from there.  

Don’t yet have an opinion on user experience but I am using the data as a guide and then attempting to validate by checking Zillow, AirBnB, local listing sell and rental prices. 

I am using  a house hack strategy with two roommates, and I’m able to afford the home with that setup and it’s going really well. 

I am using Hostaway and they integrate with Google Vacation rentals.

Hello Rashid, I am using TenantCloud for rental management.

After my first experience, I learned about the area and verified info Tyler has showed me to make sure I am using a realtor who is more on my side.

✊🏾 I’m not in a rush so I am using time as my leverage but I do want to have it sold by the end of the year so going into next year I can be a buyer but I haven’t thought about marketing it as turnkey that’s another great idea 💡!

It was a by chance lucky situation that I am using my learnings and AI to make a model to recreate to share with others who also want to catch lightning in a bottle.
