In terms of the fridge itself -- I'm not sure what the age of the fridge is but by the time you combine the variety of handyman trips, the tenants annoyance/headspace, and your headspace and time - buying a new fridge would probably be an easier remedy here. 

More annoying is the limited service motels in a resort area that add on a “resort fee” despite having no resort amenities.  

If I come off a bit annoyed it's because I am.

Super annoying.

I did once have to login w/ a PC vs phone to change an account which was a bit annoying but found support responsive.  

One annoying surprise with the title company closing is I didn''t get keys/access immediately where in all the eastern states with attorney closing I got keys and access to the house that day or the morning after. 

I'm pretty annoyed i was lead to this software through bigger pockets. i assumed they vetted the software WELL before partnering and presenting it to their members. 

I find it less annoying to drive less than one thousand miles each way in my SUV once every other year, and house and pet sit along the way, to visit properties than to fly and rent a car.

It has to be the most annoying part of real estate.
