Grapevine (Grapevine-Colleyville ISD) and Flower Mound (Lewisville ISD, particularly the FM High cluster) are also fantastic starting points that check all those boxes.

But mostly, guests have commented in reviews those amenities were nice to have although other amenities ranked higher (e.g. fully stocked kitchen).I've cut back on the mini splurges (e.g. balloons + bouquet when I heard about a special birthday, etc.) and it hasn't affected ratings although I'm thinking of offering some packages for guests who want the convenience of such splurges provided (Garrett Brown's idea!).

Get your kids involved, even if that is small at keeping the flowers watered, and weeds picked, etc. 

I’ve shown compassion and sent flowers, but the kitchen countertop has become cluttered with empty beer cans, trash, cardboard boxes, and opened snacks.
