Is there really a way to do this when there are no warm body people to sign for the trust besides the bank? 

I can dial from my personal cell, seems like a good starting point, but I am concerned I might not be able to keep track of all the dials I am making?

To give a little more detail, I do believe all their cash flow is contingent on them getting you to pay upfront for their program, which I found to be inaccurate and unusable on anything other than a desk top, which I told them I do all my work on a cell phone (first red flag) that they didn’t tell me their property finder isn’t cell phone friendly.

The measure the size of each bedroom and determine the maximum number of warm bodies that can sleep in them.
