Is a fire sale of some sort worth doing just to move on with property one? 

John Becks specialty was buying property at tax sales and other “forced” auctions, well before it became a “crowded” field.  

I paid what little remained of my car loan off to help my DTI but it was not enough to move the needle too much and I cannot pay off or down anymore debt.  

Do any of you have experience in having a qualified intermediary broker a tax-deferred "Structured Sale" of real estate, in "exchange" for U.S.

My question is, do you think it would make sense with a potential sale in a year?

I'm starting to check what sale price we expected when we bid 2 years ago on properties we are foreclosing on now. 

If the parent died without a will the son won’t be able to execute sales documents until the property goes thru probate.
