At least that's what the big players said when I attended the NJ Multi family summit which was last October.  

I didn’t catch that the HOA has a bylaw that states that no more than 3 unrelated people can live in the house at any given time, but I have it rented to 5 college soccer players(two are brothers).

Although if I was looking to really build my career or business I think I would engage there a lot as it tends to be what I see far more business oriented..
