I would guess you’re dealing with people who have to work while they are on vacation.

I enjoy the idea of having a "guarantee" of payment for a portion of my portfolio, if you will.

When I moved to the US I wanted to visit every national park and then realized that does not work with 2 weeks of vacation.

A few months after living there, we came home from vacation to find that the duplex was up for sale! 

Next step would be 30 day notice to vacate especially if local police were involved already.

At the time, I really enjoyed vacationing in Tulum-and the markets were booming there.

Each cancellation was for a personal reason like a new job with no vacation days etc.

I require a 45-day notice to vacate (MTM leases only).
