@Raymond Kalonji, As Chris mentioned, it’s not Downtown Atlanta that’s driving the medium-term rental demand in Cumming—it’s the proximity to Lake Lanier.One important thing to note: Forsyth County has placed heavy restrictions on short-term rentals.
