I’d incorporate that.

I will share some of mine -Complete at a min. of 3 new home builds-Read another 10 books relating to real estate and finance -Gain an understanding of logistics behind new development for future subdivision -There are two mentors in my network, one a retired builder who is a Deacon at my church and another a retired president of a community bank I would like to incorporate them in my business structure as consultants in some fashion. 

Did not assess quality of tenants and length of contracts in corporate lease tenants.D.

When I planned the design I incorporated a good deal of rod iron (we did a mix metal theme in the house) in the custom stair case that we put in (after photos below).

Because if they are advertising to be able to make loans in those states and don't have a lic. then they are willing to break the law and you should not be OK with working with a lender who is OK with this.Second thing you can do is search the state where they are incorporated to see if they actually have a business registered in the state. 

I want to incorporate some of the tenant driven items to the lease and set expectations on repairs / service calls they would be charged for.

Other companies such as Zillow are incorporating much larger more modern data bases and are arguably more accurate and up to date.
