I'm not integrated so I don't think it affects me.If it did affect me maybe Airbnb would actually get me some bookings! 

I plan to obtain my residential builder license as well so we can vertically integrate renovations and construction as we scale.I've been reading through a series of books including: Greene's The BRRRR Trental Property Investment Strategy, Han and Macfarland's Tax Strategy, Turner's Rental Property Investing, and some other LLC strategy guides. 

I’m not perfect, but I’m hungry to keep learning, improving, and building sustainable success.Right now, my biggest limitation is capital.

When can we all sing kumbaya together in perfect societal nirvana? 

While the learning curve was steeper than expected (spent a good amount of time figuring out effective prompting patterns and workspace management), the payoff has been substantial.I've been building some pretty sophisticated property analysis pipelines, integrating semantic search capabilities, and automating some of my more "boring yet required" workflows.

They say they integrate with App Folio, I’m still waiting to see that.

Onboarding was fairly smooth, though it does take some focus to get all the integrations lined up properly.
